I just purchased a set of Honda OEM high wall floor mats for my 2026 TypeR. Bought online via College Hills Honda website. I believe they are the same company. Even with the hefty shipping fee, they were $30 cheaper than the reduced price quoted by my local Honda dealer where I purchased my car here in Florida. Product arrived via UPS in a timely manner. Was properly packaged and was as described. Could not be happier with the transaction.

On my second visit—after only about 5,000 miles—I was told that my brake pads had more thickness than previously reported, which doesn’t make sense with normal wear. In addition, items that were reported as fine during my first visit (control arms and struts) were suddenly identified as needing replacement just three months later—including a driver-side strut. This all came just after my warranty expired, which adds to my concern. I reached out via email for clarification and never received a response. Given these inconsistencies and lack of follow-up, I have lost confidence in their assessments and will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. Update: I met with Don (General Manager) and Jimmy (Service Manager). I brought my vehicle back in, and Jimmy performed a thorough inspection and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, addressing all of my concerns. I appreciated that both Don and Jimmy made the effort to meet with me personally and ensure that my questions were answered. It was great to see their commitment to customer service and their willingness to take the time to explain everything clearly.

We bought a used 2015 Buick Enclave, which had a 3 month, 3000 mile warranty, from this dealership in August of 2025. The car was lovely, but the AC wasn't working. The dealership took the car back and repaired the AC by replacing the rear heat exchanger assembly. This took about a week. The AC worked well after. Again, I took it back and they evaluated and replaced the rear differential clutch pack. Everything worked for about 3 months and one week. Then the AC stopped working again. The dealership extended the warranty and stood behind the car, since the car had been in their garage for a portion of the time during which the warranty clock was running and repaired the AC. This time they spent a week looking for the problem, eventually located the very tricky issue by pouring over GM TSBs and had an outside auto AC specialist correct the problem. We have driven the car over 12k miles now without any additional issues. I may have lingering concerns about the build quality of this car, but certainly not about this dealership. I would buy cars from this dealership without reservation. The salesman was good, if perhaps just a little too eager, but who can blame him; he was friendly and knowledgable. The finance guy was very good and helped get the best deal on financing, we ultimately decided to borrow from USAA, but he helped put all the numbers together to help us find the best deal for us. The service garage always returned the car clean and the work was top shelf. The customer service people were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I really cannot say enough good things about this dealership and its employees. Buying a used car can be quite concerning if you are afraid of dealerships hiding problems. This car HAD problems unbeknownst to the dealer and they stood behind the car and went above and beyond to make everything right. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. A+

We inquired about a used car we saw and Kyle and the team worked with us to make a purchase that we are very happy with and he answered all our questions along the way. Even when we noticed a minor issue involving the key fob and door locks about a week after we purchased the vehicle, Kyle worked with the service department to figure it out and fix the issue. I recently had a great customer service experience from Paul, my service advisor at Germain Honda. I had called regarding my mother's 2018 Honda Civic Touring car. Unbeatable ride on the suspension, excellent fuel mileage, heated leather seats, AND THEY HAVE MAXIMIZED THE DRIVER’S VIEW 360 degrees. I ordered some parts online for my wife's CRV Hybrid and our Honda Pilot. Quite a few of the parts were quart bottles of transmission and differential fluid.....18 bottles to be exact. The online prices were excellent in comparison to local (Lafayette, IN) Honda dealerships AND more importantly they were packaged and shipped in an absolute perfect condition. You sometimes don't get this when things like oil are boxed up. I've had some bad experiences in the past. The shipping was VERY reasonable and the order got here in a timely manner......and last but not least....the order was perfect.....no mistakes or wrong parts. I have never ordered from Germain before, but I can tell you it wont be the last time. I did the ordering all online BUT if I had the chance to talk to a live person I would tell them Great Job!!

I brought in my CPO Civic for an oil change and AC repairs under warranty. I made 2 trips to Wooster due to parts having to be ordered after my first visit. The second trip, I was asking about a wheel alignment, and the advisor (I do not know his name but he was great) told me they had time to do the alignment that day. For all other correspondence, Paul took care of me. Everything was done in a timely manner, with respect to me and my car. Even though parts needed shipped in order to fix my AC, it was only 5 days between my first and second visit. Everyone was very kind and personable. I do think I will be returning for any service needs I have in the future.

Five stars every time! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Scheduling service is nice and easy.

Wow!! I visited the service center today for my first time and wow!! The staff was beyond kind… literally everyone was very accommodating and considerate. The service staff was incredibly competent, fair, timely, and ridiculously nice. I have had my Pilot for 7 years and I will make the drive to Wooster for future service.

Recently purchased a 2026 Honda CR-V from Germain Honda of College Hills. I shopped around, but felt confident that I wanted to buy here due to their customer care, inventory, and beautiful facilities. Tony was fantastic to work with and made the whole process incredibly easy from start to finish. Great communication, and very thorough. The car was spotless upon pickup and Tony gave a great crash course on all the features and how to use them. Highly recommend!

Our Salesman (Eric) was professional and easy to work with. The finance guy on the other hand was rude and a bit pushy because we didn't want to use his financing. We then had to wait 3 hrs to sign paperwork that took 5 minutes. Good place overall but needs to work on thier "scheduling" being that we had an appointment at 9:45am. Showed up at 9:45, and was ready to make the deal by 10:am. Didnt sign papers until after 2:15. Not a speedy process by any means.

Came in for my A1 service (oil change) at 20% rather than 15 %, when it is free. Jimmy and Sammy looked after me anyway, saving me a later trip. Thanks and kudos to both of you and the crew at Germaine Honda Of Wooster!

I had one of the best experiences ever with a car dealership, namely the parts department at Germain Honda. Was going to have to order from a local Honda store because of shipping timing, but Jeremy did me a huge favor and got my order shipped out a lot faster than I could ever imagine. I'm in this area for a travel assignment & needed maintenance service on my Honda. The dealership scheduled me surprisingly quick. The business itself is very comfortable, nice amenities. Staff professional, my service advisor was great, car service done quickly. I was pleasantly suprised by this dealership & would highly recommend it to others.

I bought an used 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid out in California, and then ordered over $1,000.00 of accessories (floor mats, rear cargo mat, rear cargo cover, rear view mirror with Homelink and top cross bars) from College Hills Honda. The price was right. Upon taking delivery of these items, I failed to find screws to secure the crossbars to the rails, and later one of the rubber skirts that lie between the crossbar and the rails. I bought an used 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid out in California, and then ordered over $1,000.00 of accessories (floor mats, rear cargo mat, rear cargo cover, rear view mirror with Homelink and top cross bars) from College Hills Honda. The price was right. Upon taking delivery of these items, I failed to find screws to secure the crossbars to the rails, and later one of the rubber skirts that lie between the crossbar and the rails. I am embarrassed to say my wife later found the original screws in the packing, though the missing rubber skirt never appeared. Regardless, I appreciate College Hills' response to my calls for missing parts and will be sending the replacement screws back to College Hills given my usage of the original screws.

I bought my first car from Germain in mid March. All of the people who helped me in this process were so nice and helpful. After having my car for a month, it broke down. My warranty refused to cover it. The other Honda dealership that I took it to wouldn’t cover it either. I reached out to Chris at Germain and he was so understanding and assured me that Germain would help with the repairs. A little over a week ago, I stopped in to Germain Honda's Service Center to have an oil change, tire rotation and a trailer hitch installed on my Passport. Dan Varga took care of me and got my car in and out in less time than they originally stated...and for less than they originally quoted! (the hitch install--labor time was less than quoted). I just wanted to say Thank you for that! In a world where things just cost more and more, it is nice to have a little surprise like this. Also, it is very reassuring that I have someone I can call when I have a question or issue about my car and I'll get a straight answer...good or bad. Dan is that person for me in Service, and Todd and Eric are those people in Sales. This dealership is a good one because of the PEOPLE!. I've bought 4 cars from them...and will be back when I need another!! A++

We made the deal and the team at College Hills Honda were very professional and generous in the detailing of the truck the day I picked it up.
