Jimmy Pierce is our service manager and comes to us from our sister dealership in Dublin. He joined the College Hills team in January 2022. Jimmy has resided in Sunbury, OH since 2016 and has two children Collin and Caleb. He also has two Boxers Greg and Russell and a cat named Steve. Away from work Jimmy enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Elyse riding motorcycles, baseball umpiring, working on his home, and staying busy with his kid’s sports. Spring and Fall are his favorite seasons as they are baseball and football seasons. He also enjoys summertime for motorcycle riding. When you are in for service introduce yourself to Jimmy and welcome him to the area.

Terry Chacey joined the Germain Honda of College Hills team in August 2024 in the role of Service Advisor bringing with him a background in automotive sales. Terry is looking forward to working with an organization that offers growth opportunities. Residing in the Ashland area since 1995 with his 6 dachshunds Terry enjoys anything outdoors. Fall and pumpkin spice anything is a favorite of Terry’s which he will certainly be able to enjoy when he meets his goal of retiring by age 50.

Joining the Germain Honda of College Hills service department in May 2024 is Derek Markley. Working in the role of service advisor, Derek is looking forward to the opportunity to grow his knowledge of cars while using his existing skills in customer service to ensure their complete satisfaction. Derek brings with him a background in manufacturing, retail, food service, and management. Having grown up in the Wooster area, Derek and his wife Laura returned in 2024. They have three cats, Baby, Peach, and Josie. Derek went to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles and received his Bachelor of Honors from the University of Akron.  Away from the dealership, he keeps busy playing video games, going to the gym, and reading comic books. Some fun facts about Derek; he’s good at impressions, Space Jam is one of his favorite movies, and fall is Derek’s favorite time of the year as it brings cooler weather along with jeans and t-shirts.

Daniel Varga service advisor joined our team here at Germain Honda of College Hills in August 2023. Daniel brings with him automotive experience that he can draw on to help support our valued guests and team. He is excited to be part of a company with integrity and is looking forward to furthering himself in his career. Daniel is honest, optimistic, and intellectual, and loves freedom and fun, all great characteristics. He has resided in Ontario with his wife Liz, mother Agnes, son Viktor, and dog Oreo since 2016. When he isn’t at work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, kayaking, and video games. Summer is Daniel’s favorite season as he and his family loves to camp and be outdoors. Daniel has traveled the world and went on a mission trip to Kenya in 2017. His goal is to be a leader of many and to be the best version of himself.

Justin Bangston joined us here at Germain in our service department as a technician. Looking forward with excitement at the opportunities that lie ahead with his new role, he knows his experience will be beneficial to him. Residing in Tallmadge since approximately 2007, Justin enjoys the Fall season. Justin is looking to grow his career and has the goal to eventually buy a home.

Samantha Lapp joined the Germain Honda of College Hills team in September 2023 as the Express Service Advisor. She is looking forward to learning something new and having the opportunity for growth and development. Although Sammy is new to the automotive industry, she brings with her a background in customer service. Born and raised in Ohio, Sammy graduated from the Jackson Local Schools in 2018. She was part of a chorale and in her Junior and Senior year, she was in culinary where she was able to do a solo competition, placing gold in the district and silver in the states. She earned a full ride to Sullivan in Kentucky where she attended for a year.  Residing in Canton with her boyfriend Clayton and their two cats Alice and Kiki. Away from work she enjoys art, cooking and baking, video games, hiking, taking care of the house and animals, and renovations. Autumn is Sammy’s favorite of the four seasons. She just loves being outside during the fall. Hiking, fires, hot cocoa, coffee, crisp mornings to the sun setting behind some pretty-looking trees are all things that bring joy to the season. Fun Fact about Sammy, everyone she knows calls her the animal whisperer.

Tina Lemmon is a Wooster native and has been a part of our team since December of 2019. She has worked in the banking and insurance industries, but is not new to the automotive industry either, working previously as the Assistant Store Manager at a parts store. She was a Service Advisor for us and now works as the Warranty Administrator! She has been married to her husband, Mike, for 15 years and they have a young son, Jameson, that keeps them busy! Tina’s hobbies include crocheting, crafting, and baking. Her main goal in life is to be happy, healthy, enjoy life, and watch her son grow.

JD Blackford joined the College Hills Honda team in May of 1991. He is our shop foreman and strives every day to be the best at his job. JD has resided in Orville, OH for 57 years and is a graduate of Orville High School and received a 2-year degree from Northwestern Business College. JD continues to reside in Orville with his wife Lisa. Away from work he enjoys riding his motorcycle and Fall is his favorite time of the year. The falling temperatures and outdoor fires make this time of year special.

Travis Bauman joined the Germain Honda of College Hills team in August 2024 working in our service department as a service technician. Travis is new to the automotive industry and is excited to start working with an established and professional dealer. Born and raised in Rittman, Travis is still a resident there with his wife Baylee, and Mini Golden Doodle, Lacey. Travis graduated from Rittman High School and attended Wayne County Schools Career Center for electronics and computer networking. In his spare time, he enjoys staying busy hunting, sports shooting, watching baseball, and football, or having an iced coffee. Of the four seasons, Fall is Travis’ favorite. He enjoys the change in color of the leaves, crispness of the air, hot drinks, and fall activities such as hayrides, corn mazes, decorating pumpkins, and sweatshirts.

Connor Charlton joined the Germain team in 2024 as a service technician and is looking forward to working with new people, in a new environment, and enhancing his training and certifications. Living in the Barberton area since 2017 Connor has also resided in Akron, Wadsworth, and Colorado. Away from work he enjoys playing video games, modifying cars, and is a gun enthusiast.

Joining the Germain Honda of College Hills team as an Express Technician is Dylan Deal. Dylan is excited to begin his career as a service technician. Prior to joining our team, Dylan worked as a concrete laborer, bakery processing operator and fry cook. Residing in New London he enjoys working on vehicles, hunting, fishing, ATV’s and spending time with his girlfriend, stepfather, and dog. The fall season which brings cooler air is Dylan’s favorite season. It allows for a more comfortable time working outdoors on cars. Born in Cookeville, TN Dylan’s family relocated to Ohio to be close to family. Growing up Dylan lived in different towns around the area even relocating to West Virginia before settling back in New London. When he was born his dad considered naming him Shady Deal, but ‘Dylan’ won out. He is focusing on his goal of becoming a Master technician and welder fabricator.

Bryan Johnson rejoined our service team in February 2022 in the technician position. Bryan is excited to reunite with fantastic co-workers as well as meet new ones. He is also looking forward to working in a great environment with good values. Bryan has been in the industry since 2010 and will be working daily to gain further automotive knowledge to enhance his skills. Born in Medina he is a graduate of Wooster High School and Wayne County Career Center for Auto Mechanics. He currently resides in Wooster with his girlfriend Lindea and her children Quenten and Gracelyn. Bryan is devoted, sentimental, dependable, proactive, and highly values family and friends. Away from work, he has a lot of interest that keeps him busy, from auto racing to concerts. Summer is Bryan’s favorite time of the year. It brings good weather, and no salt on the roads. He can ride his ATV, go to races, attend concerts, and target practice.

Parker Kennedy joined the College Hills Honda team in June of 2021 as a service technician. Parker currently resides with his parents in Ashland and has lived there for 18 years. He enjoys playing music on his piano, guitar, and trumpet. Parker’s favorite season is winter because his birthday and Christmas are both in December! As our 1-hour express tech, Parker is likely the one performing your oil change!

Hello, I’m Jeff Collin Miller Express Service Technician here at Germain Honda of College Hills. I’m excited to be part of the Honda team and work with a truly customer-oriented staff. I received my Associate in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Akron and am currently residing in Millersburg with my parents and two huskies. Away from work, I enjoy shooting sports, cars, and bonsai. Autumn is my favorite time of the year; I stay busy working outside or around our house. I have set a goal for myself to become a Honda Master Technician and will be working diligently to achieve that goal. I look forward to assisting you with your service needs.
