Wooster City School District Service Pickup

As employees of the school district, we at Germain Honda of College Hills appreciate all that you do for the community and understand how precious your personal time can be to you and your family. With that being said, we have come up with a simple and easy way to make servicing your vehicle a snap, during workdays and hours.

Germain Honda of College Hills has started a Service Valet exclusively for the teachers in this district. We will pick your vehicle up at school by 9 AM and return it to the school no later than 1 PM. All communications, paperwork, and payment can be done via text message for ease of use. Please see the step-by-step directions below.

How to Schedule a Service Valet

• Text the dealership at 1-888-612-6978 to schedule your appointment (please schedule 24 hours before your required appointment).
• On the day of your appointment, please hang your car keys on the Germain Honda Valet Keyboard located at your school’s office before 9 AM.
• Once your vehicle has been checked in at the dealership, you will receive a text message to approve the scheduled work. All you do is reply “YES” and we will begin.
• Once the work is completed, you will receive your Multi-Point Inspection, a copy of your invoice, and a link to complete the payment for your service.
• After we have received payment, we will deliver the vehicle back to the school and hang your keys back on the Germain Honda Valet Keyboard. It couldn’t be any easier!
